The Concord Zonta Club once again sold many hundreds of donated books at the 49th Annual Market Days Festival in front of Hilltop Consignment in downtown Concord from June 22-24 to benefit the various scholarships awarded to local women and girls. The majority of sales were “Buy One, Get One Free” with the more valuable, one-of-a-kind books sold as priced.
Members volunteered their time to assist customers with their purchases as well as to promote the club and our mission.
